| I have stayed at the Robsonstrasse for many years, I have always found it clean and reliable. The location is good for shopping and it is quiet and I always get a good night sleep. | |

| Thank you for a very nice stay. The room we stayed in was comfortable,nice and clean. The location - perfectly situated in the downtown core. We like to come back some day. The city was great and the staff was exceptionally helpful and polite. This hotel is a very good choice for price,comfort and location. | |

| We stayed at the Robsonstrasse during the Olympics, it was very convenient for walking up and down Robson street to the events and catching a cab was easy. We had a nice size room, clean, love the kitchenette. I felt safe, not worried about my tickets & passports when we were away, everyone was so friendly and helpful. | |

| Upon arriving we were upgraded to a suite for the same price. We found the room clean and the beds comfortable. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The secure gated parking and having to use the room key to work the elevator made me feel extremely secure. I utilized the laundry facilities and again this is very secure, as you must use your room key twice before accessing the washers and dryers. The only negative issue that I would like to mention is the charge of $12.95 per day for High speed internet. This was the only hotel/motel that charged us for internet use throughout our 2 week trip. I am recommending this hotel to anyone planning to stay in downtown Vancouver. I would also increase it's rating to 4 stars. |

| We had a very positive experience with we stayed at the Robsonstrasse. The city was great, the staff was exceptionally helpful and the room we stayed in was comfortable,clean,well maintained and not to mention the location - perfectly situated in the downtown core. I and my family will always refer this hotel as the best choice for price,value and comfort,and location. | |
